  • Beneficiary (Middle Income Group I {MIG I} ) – Annual Income (Rs. 6 lakh to Rs. 12 lakh)
  • Beneficiary (Middle Income Group I {MIG II} ) – Annual Income (Rs 12 lakh to Rs 18 lakh)
  • Beneficiary (Low-Income Group I {LIG}) – Annual Income (Rs.3 lakh to Rs.6 lakh)
  • Beneficiaries (Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)) – Annual income (up to Rs 3 lakh)
    Apart from this, women of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC, EWS, and LIG income groups are also eligible for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

  • The age of the applicant should not be less than 18 years.
  • The applicant must be a citizen of India.
  • The applicant should not have his own house.
